Oyster Mushrooms
During my visit to Bergen NL, I visited with my friend Jan Willem Bosman Jansen his nursery of Oyster Mushrooms. He is growing them on coffee drab. They taste very good but the shape of the Oyster Mushroom I found very beautiful. The way they grow is like a piece of art. Working with him to find recipes for summer dishes. Very interesting concept with a lot of potential.
