Winter chutney and colours!

Winter chutney, made with apples, fresh ginger, rosemary and yellow turnip. The last one is rather unknown and seen as food for the poor! However, it has a wonderful taste and is a real winter vegetable, something I can recommend!
The color turned out rich like amber goes well with amber and the DEDEM yellow.
The taste is delicious! Spicy and full of different flavors, instead of sugar I used honey.
