The last fresh vegetables of the season

The weather is about to change and we are enjoying the last fresh vegetables. A delicious soup with courgette and sorrel. The secret is not to boil the sorrel to keep the real taste. Some corn which was delicious. All the basil has been processed and frozen, same for the parsley. The artichokes did well. All in all the experiment went well. Next year I will continue with garden as it gives great pleasure and the taste of everything is the best. Even cabbage becomes a delicatese!
