The DEDEM 'party' comes after years of halfhearted participation in the fashion weeks, deciding to participate in fashion trade shows yes or no which ones, rent ones own showroom etc. I have come to the conclusion by sticking to the normal working method one never has the possibility to create an atmosphere which is pleasant to say the least, nor does it anybody justice the buyers are all exhausted, stressed and uncomfortable, the products lose their potential, lack of oxygen etc.
Finally I have come up with an alternative which is totally different and which will give pleasure to everyone. DEDEM will create a 'Parisian Salon' receiving the guest in relaxed atmosphere and a place of beauty. A beautiful decor which will surprise everybody. Delicious Food made by my friend Odette. A magic location in the heart of Paris. In one of the oldest restaurants 'au vieux Paris'. More details will be disclosed as the preparations continue.
Last week 1st brainstorm session took place after a delicious meal off course, with George, Odette and Pierre. It was already so much fun! It's a way to show DEDEM, is much more than just beautiful scarves. It's a lifestyle, it's about a quality of life, a passion for beauty.
