It was impressive to see the work which has been done since 2008! Galina Stepanova bought the manor in 2008 and has been working at great speed to get the house alive again! Even if the house is under construction it's operational, people visit and spend the night there, celebrate their wedding etc, which works very well.
In the garden and park big work is being done as well.
Pierre made the tour with the gardeners to get the first impression and giving his advise while going along.
The park is open to the public, people from the village next door take their walks there and can see what's happening.
The staff is highly motivated and eager to learn and advance with there work.
Galina Stepanova is a very impressive lady who never stops and has the willpower to start a project like this. She motivates her staff gives them room to grow and develop. From that point of view alone it's already a success!
Pierre and I highly appreciated their hospitality and it will be very interesting to work on this project.
